What is this?

radar-monitor is an automated agent that makes occasional requests to publicly available web pages (typically the homepage and a few subpages) as part of an availability and uptime monitoring service. It does not log in, does not bypass any protection, and requests pages at a gentle rate.

How to block / opt out

• By User-Agent: block any User-Agent containing radar-monitor in your server configuration.
• robots.txt: exclude us with User-agent: radar-monitor followed by Disallow: / — we honor it.
• On request: email us and we will stop requesting your site.
